Psolodrama; Insight Improvisation Weekend Intensive September 24 – 26, 2010 Psolodrama combines the power of vipassana meditation with the bodily awareness of authentic movement and the spontaneity of psychodrama. We will move, meditate, improvise, share, and witness one another—mindfully—creating a supportive atmosphere for personal exploration, healing, and new discoveries. Get ready for some deep fun! Please note that this workshop, although therapeutic in nature, is not a psychotherapy group. Participants must have the ability to hold and support their own emotional process.
